FAQ

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: Do I have to pay for shipping if I live locally in Jacksonville?
A: No, we will be happy to personally deliver your order anywhere to Jacksonville, Jacksonville beaches, or Ponte Vedra beach locations.  Please choose the local delivery option at checkout to avoid paying shipping charges.



Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.  However, final shipping costs will be determined once your order is packed and ready to go.  We will condense your items in as few boxes as possible and refund anything we can save you in shipping charges.  If you prefer to wait to pay until you have a final shipping cost, just email us with your order including item numbers and quantities.  We will email you an invoice to pay after we have determined exact shipping charges.
